Hi !Spook! and :spoton: the BAs dont have 6x9s its actually 7x5s all round. If your after changing them ...ALPINE have them in that size :pinch:

That should be 5x7's. Both front and rear, and I think the sub is 8inch.

Cool Thanks guys. :banned:

I was just wonderin if I could put in my aftermarket speakers from my previous car as they were a good quality speaker. How about the DVD player can this upgrade be done? I've seen there is a blaupunkt upgrade is this the way to go or can Ford do it better?

Hi & welcome,

I've put the Blaupunkt DVD in mine with the upgrade module to run on the ICC.

Also got 2 headrest mount screens in the rear. I'm wrapped with it & if you've got kids I thoroughly recommend it. Happy to answer any questions if I can.

Cheers,

Thanks muzzzza

If you dont mind me askin how much did the the blaupunkt & upgrade module set ya back? Is there any tricks to it? (eg. Handbrake to be on to work the thing [not sure if that's true just heard about it])

Hi Spook,

And......... :spoton:

Lets not beat around the bush..........

You like watching Gladiator Movies? You into visiting public steam baths and do you like reading body building magazines?

Just curious mate........... :drunk:

Hi spook ,

another option istead of cutting into your headrests is a roof mount dvd all in one player. It mount in the place of interior light and folds down .I htink they also have outputs to connect to this icc interface ive been hearing about.Ps where do ya get this icc interface??

Hi Spook,

All up incl Blau DVD, upgrade module, 2 x 5.6" viscom screens (with remotes) & 4 infrared h/phones + install (incl 2 custom made headrests)

about $3900. I did get it a bit cheaper as a deal for members of the car club I'm in.

As mentioned in another post you can go for roof mount. I couldn't easily (there are ways to do it) because of the sunroof & personally I don't like losing the view from my rear vision mirror.

As for the handbrake thing, that may be legislation. Mine operates anyway but I can turn the screen off anytime I want.
