Sido Number

On the F.F. site , I see a thread where people are quoting their SIDO number & they have someway of determining when your car is due to be built!.... anyone know anything on this?

Hi Charliewool

There was a site up for a while that you could put your sido in which would track where in the build process your car was. Unfortunately I think this site is no longer around probably due to the influx of traffic it had while it was up. Let me know your sido and I will see what I can do for you.

I haven't got a SIDO no yet, when should I get one.

I placed my order about Jan 10 & was quoted April 28 delivery.

Should I chase up the dealer for the no.

Me too, I got mine when I placed the order.

I'd be demanding one pronto if it wasn't given to me within a week of ordering.

The sido proves the order has been placed with Ford to build your car, no sido=no order.
