We haven't stopped grinning.

Things I have discovered so far:

The 6 speed gearbox has a very small gate between gears, and that 1st gear is VERY short, and fourth gear is still like 3.5 gear, LOL!!!

It is really quite cosy and warm even with the top down, and the heater is so good I think I burnt my toes!

The stock stereo is WOEFUL

The boot is really a large glove box

I can't wait to put on a pod and better headers and exhaust

There are some people that I am just not willing to give a ride to, I don't want to get that intimate!!!

When your butt is this close to the ground, and corners are taken at greater speed, I have to wear a tighter hat!!!!!!!!

*laughs* The 'interesting' thing is the balance it has. I'd put money on it needing a wheel alignment (4 paw, and to a slightly more agressive spec) and a few bits in the engine bay (ie all the stuff it's due for at the 50000km service in a couple of weeks).

Despite this it's quite cool to fling into a corner and just feel the rear end wiggle loose mid corner and have it tuck in a mere instant after with the slightest of corrections. Unlike the XR which tends to fight a bit (weight) then steps out real wide thanks to rear grip vapourising about the same time the boost appears on scene.

Different? yes, fun? hell yes! But at the end of the day each car is capable of screwing a HUGE grin onto any face!

I think we're truely lucky to be blessed with two so vastly different yet equally entertaining and capable cars in the garage at the moment.
