  7. I still do not think it was detonation. The plug may have simply failed. Was your car tuned on the road?
  8. The original motor is absolutely fine - it was replaced as precaution. 409RWKW's will do that. It is running the same tune as previously - comp ratios, nothing has changed??
  9. The plugs are about 2000kms old - the others are just fine. It only had a new bottom end put in it - why would you re-tune it? And the plug wasn't over tightened - although I fail to see how that would have broken the end off it??
  10. What, the spark plug?? Kidding aren't you??

    Quad Biking

Sand like you said, mud, creeks (with that water stuff in them), rocky terrain, over logs etc. But then it depends on how crazy you are on the trailbike.....and knowing you that'd be pretty f*cking crazy ← We use 'em for access in the scrub during the wet, the quad will go over black soil plains under 2 inches of water that trail bikes just bog and slip in. AWD and big fat Tyers. ← in strong southern accent say "we youst to use em, to chase dem dere pesky gators on da faaarrrm" never let you ability or machine, stand in the way of your dreams though? just ask the parents of the guy that jumped the 100ft jump at black duck on his quad, they no longer have a son.
  15. "I will be driving your ute remember" shazzy ← do a skid in it.......
  16. I Have seen someone doing the blower trick................ I washed my falcon with the good old ct18 and house/garage broom.....just gave her a polish before sale and sweet..... ← The good old acid rush....tough as nails ← hope the blow dry fellow doesn't see this............when he logs on

  24. As copyed from an email I received: A pretty amazing time to be alive in history..... Mars is coming! The Red Planet is about to be spectacular! This month and next, Earth is catching up with Mars in an encounter that will culminate in the closest approach between the two planets in recorded history. The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287. Due to the way Jupiter's gravity tugs on Mars and perturbs its orbit, astronomers can only be certain that Mars has not come this close to Earth in the Last 5,000 years, but it may be as long as 60,000 years before it happens again. The encounter will culminate on August 27th when Mars comes to within 34,649,589 miles of Earth and will be (next to the moon) the brightest object in the night sky. It will attain a magnitude of -2.9 and will appear 25.11 arc seconds wide. At a modest 75-power magnification Mars will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. Mars will be easy to spot. At the beginning of August it will rise in the east at 10p.m. and reach its azimuth at about 3 a.m. By the end of August when the two planets are closest, Mars will rise at nightfall and reach its highest point in the sky at 12:30a.m. That's pretty convenient to see something that no human being has seen in recorded history. So, mark your calendar at the beginning of August to see Mars grow progressively brighter and brighter throughout the month. Share this with your children and grandchildren. NO ONE ALIVE TODAY WILL EVER SEE THIS AGAIN
