Im not blaming this site for anything dude, Im just saying I found him on here when he was a sponsor, but he seemed to dissapear pretty quickly , so was wondering if there was a reason for that.. ive tried to contact him many times to no response, numbers with no response, no more replies to any emails after the money cleared..when I was getting replies within a few hours when organising it all.. obviously anyone else in my position would be abit concerned as 1k is abit of money to flush down the toilet, so obviously if ive been burnt..then hopefully others can think twice before potentially dealing with him on future purchases.. when I did an abn search on the number he supplied on the website, upon contacting the businesses they have never even heard of this jerry person...

A while back there was a site sponsor, www.partsbox.com.au and I beleive they went by the name Fortis Wheels, the username was fordpower1 , he was offering the Simmons style 20inch rims for around 1k a set... anyway, I ended up purchasing a set from him via his website, bank transfer... ive never received the wheels, no reply to emails and his # on the site is no longer connected.. did anyone end up purchasing a set of wheels from him and receive them? can an admin tell me why he is no longer a site sponsor , were they complaints about him??? anyway... just abit annoyed at the moment as looks like ive lost 1k and no rims! and it was him being a site sponsor that made me think he was fine to deal with, Ive done some searching online and it seems he has been known as a scammer before going off his email provided... jerrysafar@gmail.com

hey guys, I only have the one key to my BA, noticed they have the flip keys like the FG's have available for the BA-F, they seem reasonably priced at only $95, it mentions that if you only have 1 existing key.. you need to go to a mechanic to get it programmed?? So has anyone bought one of these keys for their BA and only having 1 key, where did you take it to be programmed.. is it expensive?? As mistermint quoted $160 for a spare key to be redone.. and its about $50 for another remote... I am aware of the drama if you lose the only key you have!, but my insurance does cover to to $1500 against this ever happening! But still want to get a 2nd key and like the idea of the flip key.. anyone done it?? cheers..

Well recently my car was taken to that 400rwhp mark, thanks to the great work and service of the guys at RDP, But as usual, after a few weeks you start wanting more, Ive noticed alot of different opinions from other owners and workshops, and it really is hard to know what is the true answer.. Obviously the more power you make, the more you start to gamble.. but the question is just what is consider a true safe mark.. not safe in that you can thrash it all day everyday without any dramas, but I guess it not being a timebomb! ... My current mods are , valve springs, xcal3, pwr intercooler, injectors,walbro, 3.5inch exhaust,5inch cat, (stock dump pipe still), growler intake , and it made 405 rwhp@11psi it is a 4spd auto So, how many of us on here have the dreaded B series weaker rods and are making over the 400hp mark, and what issues have you had, if any .. and what are others opinions on what im finding after doing some research and asking around is really a contentious issue.. some say theres no drama, some say its a timebomb... mines not a daily driver, its purely a weekender and even then I have bikes and other cars that often jump ahead of the queue! so its probaly not something I would consider if it was my daily and only ride... opinions...?

Just wanted to find out, whats the biggest tyre you can run on a 20inch rim without scrubbing, etc! as I bought some rims, and they only have 225's on it and they look stretched so it annoys me.. so can I put 245's on without any dramas??

Hey guys, Want to upgraded my cooler, on 380atw, need a bigger cooler to hit around 400 on my BA, the HDI kit looks abit fiddly to install, but it comes with different piping.. so im wondering, whats better! the process west stage 1 kit , which uses factory piping.. or the HDI kit that uses different piping, but involves abit more in regards to fitment.. im not aiming for massive power..

I bought one of the BA HDI intercoolers, im not the best at fitting things and I thought it was just a basic bolt on, but the manual requires me to cut away at support bar and a few other bits n peices.. has anyone had a go at fitting one of these coolers?? and if so, was it a total headache! im deciding whether or not I should just pay to get it fitted at a workshop or do it myself....

LEGEND, I have never even watched the show.. but his dont give a crap attitude anymore is actually quite refreshing instead of the usual scripted by managers and publicists stuff that most celeb's come out with when something goes wrong...
