If you really want to know who's car this is, the plates are showing so get the rego take it to department of transport tell them you need the info for an insurance matter, hand over $10 and they will give you everything you need to know, name, address, all car details, licence number etc. Have done this many times b4.

My mate wanted to buy the seats, engine and trans, but couldn't. Not sure what happens to FPV vehicles involved in a crash when written off. The panel shops I spoke with said they have to prove that a car is genuine (FPV) before they can order panels, bars etc when they do repair them and they must show proof that the old parts are being destroyed. I guess this is to stop people just getting parts and panels etc and doing up fakes. Not sure what happens, but sources have told me they don't wreck them and that's why my mate couldn't buy the things he wanted Anyone know?

No whiplash, injuries or other side effects except for the anger. Spoke with FPV today, apparently the insurance only ordered the new one 2 weeks ago, but they have given me a shipment date of the 9th of July. that's a very quick turn around, would make it 3-4 weeks from order to delivery.

Mine was playing up a bit. Every now and then it wouldn't connect or like urself it froze up and I couldn't use the menu. Took it to Ford at mansfield, they reflashed the computer with new program and didn't have a problem again.

Not sure if it would be worth buying as the tray got pushed into the rear pillars so structral damage to the cabin and the chassis is apparently twisted. Will find out for you though. Here are the pics as well.

Hi all, not a happy chap. 5 weeks agao on way to work, had someone hit me from behind, launch me bout 10 meters and into the car in front of me. I of course at a set of lights that had just turned green, so car infront was moving off otherwise it would have been worse. The guy was so appologetic though, he said he didn't see me or the other 9 cars around him. Car written off but new one is on the way. Was told that because it's an insurance job, it would be quicker than last time 4 - 6 weeks instead of 6 to 8. That is extremely quick considering when I ordered last june I didn't get the car till October. All I can say is thanks mate, next time open your freakin eyes and watch what your doing.
