hey guys, smashed the rear left axle in my bf xr6t ute and also destroyed my advanti charmelion 20" rim.. now my mechanic says nobody in qld has any in stock. called majority of the wrecker yards also cbc,ford,performance shops etc etc no luck.. Nova ford do in nsw though they are selling them for $900 or so each side.. :( Was wondering if anybody has any in stock? spares, custom made? or any help or suggestions would be great cheers guys 2005 bf xr6t ute (live axle leaf spring)

yea was expecting that power range with say 15psi... as I dnt have hotside piping and I havnt ported n got a bigger actuator and retains boost perfect im located in Caboolture by the way?

Just got the car back from Hitorque Performance Goldcoast.. Ended up with 461rwhp/343rwkw on 13psi... Stock 5psi-280rwhp/215rwkw 9 psi RDP tune-347rwhp/260rwkw 13 psi HItorque-461rwhp/343rwkw Mods- V2 Rapids Systems/Plazmaman fmic kit, Capa Flash 2, 60lb Seimens Deka, Xforce 4"dump/4" highflow cat/dual 2.5" exhaust, Walbro GSS341, gapped Iridiums. I took the centre xforce muffler out of my 4"dump/highflowcat/dual 2.5" xforce system n its F@*kin loud lol n drony so im goin to put dual hot dog resonators in to try and eliminate that..

lol mayb that's why the the silcon joiner at the throttle body blew off haha mmm thort sooo... looks like ill be driving like a granny for a bit...

Sooo... is it necessary to get a retune after the exhaust is installed... none of my engiine lights come on etc... will she be boost spiking alot? ive got a tune at the moment previous to the exhaust on 9psi making 350rwhp... plans are to get my 60lb injectors in, buy a surge tank, and get my retune n with my mods hitorque rekin they can get me to 350rwkw maybe more

hey mate, cost me $1400 supplied and fitted... possibly geting it tuned at hitorque as previous was rdp (they wer good just want to try hitorque)

hey guys just got my xforce exhaust on today... 4" dump, 4" body 100cpi cat, dual 2.5"... sound wise- it sounds just like my stock exhaust without the centre muffler... though a little deeper tone n consistancy with flow if that makes sense... n very little drone... im presuming it will get a lil louder when it has more kms on it... would like it to me more auditable though im not sure whether to take out the centre or take out the rear muffler... has any1 modified the xforce to get more noise? wa thinkin of puting hotdog reso's instead of the muffler... it seems to flow alot better and comes on boost alot harder... went for a test drive after the install n blew the throttle body 3" silicon hose (v3 kit) right off n lost all turbo power lol thort I blew the turbo... ive got a tune on it... thou will this still boost spike with this new exhaust system????? I will be geting a tune in the nex wk or 2...

mate was thinkin the same thing... though unless u want to be keeping your car for some time, get the mild... ive been told by reputable exhaust places that mild steel sounds alot better and is alot cheaper than stainless... ive just booked in to get the 4" stainless dump 100cpi highflow cat dual 2.5" mild steel for $1400 supplied and fitted tmro so ill fill you guys in on how it sounds

hey guys im in the process of playing of numerous exhaust shops... so far quoted 3.5" split n single system for $1300 mild steel 4" dump n 3.5" single system for $1400 mild steel 4" dump stainless with 100cpi stainless cat into twin 2.5" system for $1400 mild steel all fitted...

thanks mate... did you get a retune straight away after you got the system installed? as ive heard if you have a tune already the system shouldnt spike too much...?

hey guys, this has probs been covered before though- 3.5"/1.5"split dump and a 4" dump and mild steel vs stainless... to suit 100cpi cat, 3.5" systm with 1 muffler. car-bf xr6t ute current mods- rapid system v3, 60lb injectors, bosch 044. power figure- chasing 300-350rwkw and have been quoted $1300-1400 for 3.5" split/3.5" system and $1500-1800 for 4" dump/3.5" or dual 2.5" system (xforce stainless) If you guys could help me with information on spool, power ratings, quality, etc and reputable exhaust shops in the qld brisbane area that would be great. cheers

hey guys yea it was ment to be "NO" as my net or laptop was in lag lol and yes it is a ute though ive now sold the bosch and im going to get a walbro intank instead and run inline later... cheers fellas

why not take them out at the 'tuners' lol Ill b geting my tuner to d it aswel... knowing its done properly, and if there is any problems they will fix it. Though just the one injector 'being the same' no problems in doing it urself as it will be in he same parameters etc etc

would this still apply if I ran a bosch044 inline with n surge tank?

So how did you go with install of the walbro341? wold like to know as I will be doing the same in my ute soon.. If you have any pics/tips/hints etc that would be great cheers
