hey all, just bought my ba 2004 xr6t, yahh me :D. Anyway I want it to make the cool sound when u change gears, which the bov makes. sooo ive herd theres a stock bov? im pretty sure I dont have one lol, what sort of bov do I need?? can I buy a sh*tty $50 ebay one or do I need a greddy $400 one, watz the differance... they both release air??

watz the size of it? what sort of turbo is it? cheerz.

some one tell me, cause ive being reading and people say they get drone when they removed the centwer muffeler?? w/e drone is lol, someone explain>?? im booked in for monday to get it removed with 2 straight pipes. Some people say power the same, some say increase, some even said power loose LOL. Im mainly doing it for the sound for the time being, but down the track im after around 350rwkw's. so would it be better for me to get the center muffeler removed and get upgrade to dual 2.5inch pipes from cat back? then when im after power get a bigger cat??

so u think I should get the center muffeler removed(straight threw pipes then). then get injectors, fuel pump, 12lb actuator w/e that is lol, and a custo tune and I could be up around the 280-290s? :D:D

so... how about for the mean time to get some sound out of my baby I get a 3.5inch from catback and new muffeler for around $400 or so, then I buy injectors600cc or so? ($400), capa flash tuner ($500), nizpro value springs ($300). so $400 cat back exhaust sound :D then spend $1200 on the capa,springs,injectors and then go get a custom tune $600 or so. then wat power should I be pumping out??? any rough ideas?? then in 6 months time pay to have my gearbox strengthend, get a walbro fuel pump, and finish of the exhaust 3.5inch from dump pipe to cat, a new high flow cat, then retune? what power are we thinking after all of this??? any comments would be appreciated... im in canberra, my ultimate dream was to have 2 , 2,5inch pipes on either side of the rear of the car (4 pipes all up) that's my dream, lol he said to do that like $1800. so I was like ehh.

rito rito, thanx guyz :D:D, so I got a quote this morning a 3inch pipe from cat back $900, and the guy saidit will be very loud border line rego loud, LOL . So my best bet is to go with something like this, add a bit of sound, then down the track few monthz time go and buy, injectors, valve springs, flash tuner, get a custom tune, then get a new cat, with a 3inch dump to cat? soundz good or ey?

Wow your the most useful person on this forum, u keep poping up every were thanx for the posts mate :D Um... so best bet buy a capa tune, a cheap sh*t one without a tune on it off ebay $400, go to local dyno people get them to put 3 or so tunes on it for me then I can load them when I wish :D:D

Hey guys, just a quick few questions, Bought my BA xr6 T 2 days ago and its insanse!!! Now whats all of this that I herd about capaflash tunes? if I buy one will the tune it comes with be good for my car? shoudnt every one have a custom tune for there car? and if so, whats the point in buying a capa flash tuner? should I just go to a local dyno tuner and say tune it?? why do I need a capaflash tuner if im going to a local shop and getting a custom one? Alsoly just wondering how much rwkw's can the stock 2004 BA xr6 t handel? 4 speed semi auto. And whats the stock PSI of my car? And can whats the highest amount of PSI the stock internalsd of my car can handel./ Yes I searched diddnt find much so I posted. Thanx guys.

Hey all, just bought my BA xr6t 2 dayz ago and let me say I looooove it, Now. lol. im looking into getting an exhaust done, was just wondering whats the best setup for the best flow? and the best sound? im after flow and performance, and im wanting an exhaust that in say 6 months it wil get me to 350rwkw? if not more. maybe less but that's in the future and I dont want to upgrade the exhaust again, so guys, I would love a little help in to what im really after? what do I need in order to be able to have 350rwkw some day, and for the time bein to make a nice deep chunky sound :D and yes ive searched but I diddnt find anything and im on dial up, loads a page in 5mins, very painful. Thanx in advance John.
