I've been thinking now I should get a plenum for my 07 turbo manual but im stuck deciding between Nizpros plenum or Rapid Systems plenum just wondering if anyone had either of their plenums in their car or what people think.Also would it be a good idea to look at also getting a stronger wastegate and flapper valve if so anyone know of were it could get one and roughly how much.

just got a mal wood opt3 clutch installed and if this is a dumb question im sorry but should it feel any different as far as I can tell it just feels like its shorter to push the clutch in and also I noticed when going from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th the revs still spike a little. I only have 285rwkw so it should handle it easy.does that sound normal or not.

just started know my clutch was starting to slip the other day so as usual its more money I have to pump into the car. just wandering if anyone knows of a good clutch to put in and roughly how much am I looking at my car has 285rwkw and be about 350rwkw when im all said and done so a clutch to support that power. as fas as I know my car has a t-56 gearbox in it and its pretty tough so hopefully most heavyduty clutches would suppport that gearbox. please help.

yes I had the cat replaced also I got it customed tune and it was fine no light only till a couple a days ago and now it wont go away not sure if I should be worried about it or not.

I just got a 3 1/2 exhaust on my car and just recently noted that my mil light comes up on my dash I checked the manual and it basically says it is to do with the emissions but still to contact ford and have it fixed just wondering if I dont get it fixed am I going to cause any damage to my car at all please help.

that's with 42lb injectors growler cold air intake tune t-rex fuel pump not sure if it matters but I live in townsville so its pretty warm year round. any tips for mods would help so please tell me what u think.

Hey fellas newbie to the forum got a bf mk11 2007 just got a cappa stage 3 kit put on minus the exhaust because I got a 3 1/2 inch system put on instead getting 284rwkw hopefully soon I will get a bigger intercooler. post some pics as soon as possible
