Kodakchrome: Yes, the machine and staff were at Vision Graphics, but were still Kodak Employees. Then to save money we all went under one roof. 3 months ago we shut down the kodachrome machine and now all K16 films are done in Switzerland. Kodak make film, paper and chemicals. They are hopeless at making cameras - This is what they told us. Their camera making facitlities at Rochester NY were shut down 6 months ago. They no longer make 35mm cameras. The last thing I heard is that Kodak and Telstra are doing something with the images from your mobile phone. You will still see "Processing by Kodak" signs but its B.S. The work is now being done by a third party. I had to go there and train them...... .

Kodak bought National Photos 3 years ago, and both business were run under the same roof. March this year Kodak gave it back to the original owner. They are now known as "Extra film" which is based in New Zealand.

A teeny bit of useless history here: Remember when you put your films in at the chemist and waited a week for your photos? Well tonight Kodak Australia closed its doors and I shut the machines down for the last time. 35 years of processing films has come to end. There will be no more films processed by Kodak Australia NSW. I was the last night shift teamleader, there will never be another one. Digital photography has taken my job. So this is me logging out of my computer for the last time and closing the office door. Must remember to turn the lights out ! goodbye Antoinette

Everyone loves the argument "there are no stars in the pictures". Try it. Point your camera into space and set your shutter speed to 1/60 of a second on a starry night. Guess whats going to appear on your photos NOTHING Stars need a minimum of 30 secs to expose your film. I have told a gazzilion customers this !!!!!

What's on Saturday Night....for the others I know a lot of people want to stay in front of the TV saturday night, but for those of us who want a bit more of an adventure, I have found this. We can go and see the stars at Bathurst Observatory, Rossmore Park, Limekilns Rd Kelso. BATHURST OBSERVATORY CLICK ME It's 12km from Bathurst and looks like a lot of fun to visit. I have already contacted them and if Friday night is a clear night the observatory is ours for saturday night. It's only $10 to get in and if your interested in coming along please PM me and I'll get you a spot. I am going for sure.

Its not a T..... but Because my car must live under the weather ( no garage ) I had Rust, paint and upholstery protection done to my car, she is now 2.5 years old. Rust protection: I have an electronic device that sends a pulse through the car. Was told to do this because AUs have rust problems. A lot of people tell me they don't work but my car has NO RUST Paint Protection: VIP paint protection. Car still looks shiny and I never have to polish it. Dirts wipes off easily. Inside: It's fully scotch guarded and the dash has been protected as well so it doesn't fade or crack. Everything still looks new.

Why Clear Tail lights? Cause utes look good with clear tail lights !!! and if they are Rice WGAF :lol: I got mine from Blueys Ute world. Can't say I have ever seen white only ones...
