Hey guys, Want a bit more noise from my XT, so I thought I would remove the back muffler, and put a straight pipe there, and keep the middle muffler in, just wanted to know if there is any legal issues with doing this, and if someone has already done it, if its too loud or anything that would get me in trouble with the cops. Hey Guys, Recently purchased a brushed aluminium dial backing off ebay, just thought I would show you all how it looks, cost me $35.00 with free postage, looks awesome, and takes only a few minutes to install, all dials are still accurate too, oh its for the XT, link is Here have seen XR ones occasionally, just not on there right now. Reading the haynes manual, I see that the 2 yellow wires are constant plus, the 2 little black cables go to earth, and yellow, green + red all go to the ICC, not too sure which one is which though. Hope this helps Marc

Hi, A bit hard to get a very good photo as the car is lowered and quiet difficult to get under, I checked my haynes manual and can see it comes directly off the fuel tank. just looking at it, I saw that the fuel line seems to be pushing it down the way it is which cant be good. Hey guys, Been watching this forum for ages now, and decided to start posting. Been doing mods to my car over the years, and have got lots of ideas from this forum! Today I was replacing the fuel filter (63000ks) and when under the car, I found a metal panel? with steel pipes under it, and noticed it was loose and rattling (when driving) just thought someone would know what it is, and how to refit it properly before it falls off or something! Below is an image of it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Marc

It is possible, I read somewhere that you gotta cut the bottom of the tissue box holder and you can slide a deck into there, unfortunately I read this after using bob^ 's method, and had to buy a 2 plug 12v cig lighter from jaycar and install it underneath the deck, a little difficult to get the shifter surround in and out, but apart from that, works a treat
