Can be done in car but you'd need a hoist. Unless you want to wreck yourself. Rad fans out, drive belt off, pulleys and balancer off, rocker cover & timing cover off. Then drop the sump and you should be able to get at it. If you can't we'll you probably couldn't do the above anyway.
