No heat from air con

Hello Fellow XR6T's.

 

I have a 2010 FG mode,l I have aways had my air con temp set at 19° every since I have owned it.

I have put my temp up for first time since last winter and I am not getting any heat at all.

 

What would be the contributing factors to cause this?
