I've got the bottom end sorted out but I've been given advice to fit an fg head but my concern is the duo phase cams? I don't fully understand the theory but will I be able to bolt the head on and get advantage of the "swirl pattern head"? I envy you in the fact that you have taken on the project by the balls. If I was so much as to try and do something like this in my garage, I think I would get divorced far more quicker than finishing the car off. lol. Hopefully someone with the know how will tune in soon and answer your original question, because I do not have the know how.
