my dump had the mount pull out.. left with a hole about 25mm long, 13mm wide. Tig welded it back in, then put a plate over it to give it a bigger footprint. see how it goes...

Had all the heat shields and nuts tightened up and the buzzing has gone now as far as I can tell. Sounds much better now.

Bee's nest? No seriously, I've got the same mate with no issues. A loose cat could rattle around but...advance tack weld the substrate from memory so shouldn't be that.
