Hey guys

Couldn't find much on this, has anyone with a BA relocated the battery to the passenger side and had the cooler pipes run up that side? If so how?

Has any done the cold side DIY?

Id like to retain the battery in the bay but am not sure how to go about the pipes

Thanks

Yeah bud have done this no probs. Relocated bat to passenger side. I ran the hot pipe up high like a fg and was much nicer I thought. Will be doing my work ute the same shortly. Not sure if that's what you meant about pipes?

It'd be difficult/impossible unless you use an FG intake manifold, as above. Or use a little battery that's easier to hide like in the zizpro system. Most people (BA/BF) move it into the boot or behind the bumper. Mine is being moved to the boot.

Cheers guys. Yeah I wanted the pipes running up FG style but I had a look at everything needed and and ended up just putting the battery under the bumper, was just wanting the practicality of having it in the bay.

I still think there's a way to put a pod (or ss growler box) on the lhs of a B Series, use an FG cross over, bring the pressure side back in the left under the box/pod & up to a niz plenum. I'm looking to do this for the plenum & bigger cooler, but still want to keep the noise down on the turbo whine, even to the point of using a stock fg in muff
