hi everybody

I got myself an auto service kit and oild and I found the filter provided isn't a very good fit.

its very similar to the Expensive Daewoo 4sp in the way of design and fitment

the car seems to be fine and changes nicely but im a little worried about it dropping in the pan and not circulating properly

just want to know if anyone found the same problem when servicing

Mine felt very firm in position.

Where did you get your kit from?

I was told there are some cheaper kits available but quality is not as good.

when you were dropping the pan did your old filter drag down along the pan cause mine did, from memory I dropped or drained should I say the front part of pan facing engine

Yeh mate filter sits against pan.

I got it from a tranny joint in reservoir, mates referral cost me $45 for gasket and filter

I was told its a bigger filter from a territory not sure though
