So my car just got back from the tuner and he is trying to chase up a problem he had tuning it, apparently he couldn't access the low scale on the injectors? He says he has had it happen with one other car before. It's tuned and is running great 90% of the time on 16psi but it's grumpy around carpark speeds and idling when it's just been started and also it missed during a 50% throttle 6th gear roll on on the freeway this morning (just getting around a truck) probably around 2800rpm.
He uses vcm. Any ideas?

have no idea about your tuner, but there are many Expensive Daewoo tuners using vcm and branch into doing fords but have problems getting their heads around how they operate, we have tuned many cars with 80lb'ers with no issues but do not use vcm.

is this also on your new clutch?

I don't know. He says he has had the same problem with Siemens 60lbers a couple of times too, but I'm not sure with he is referring to those couple being the only time he has used them or if he is saying that it's worked on some and not on others.. He told me they said they would get back to him by the end of the week.

I'll post up some Dyno sheets with afr, and boost.

Do these look right? Is the boost normally all squiggly like this?

Also my car threw a code at me today p0238 which is high boost sensor reading?

I was driving past so I dropped into see him about it and he plugged in and said he "removed the threshold so it wouldn't flash at me" but it seems a bit strange to me.

My scan gauge reads about 17.5psi flat when I have checked it on full boost which is higher than on the Dyno sheet too, I questioned him on that and he said the weather/temp etc can effect that and not to worry about it.

Yes on the new clutch. Bad idea, I realize that now. Clutch seems fine at the moment though, trying to go easy on it.post-69297-13910641635_thumb.jpgpost-69297-139106417665_thumb.jpgpost-69297-139106419039_thumb.jpg
