I understand it's normal for ZFs to hold gears after a sudden lift off but it won't change up, even after a minute of driving. I believe he's only had it at highway speed(100k). Selecting sport and changing back to D fixes the problem. Any thoughts? No fault codes recorded.I will post a video to describe this better, looks like we have a theory to test tomorrow and will post if it works in case anyone else has this issue.. Something as small as one tyre being scrubbed out or mismatched tyres(even if same size).
