DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. You only want a small amount of contact. The levers should only be able to come off the backing plates 5-8mm.Next tighten the cable until there is no slack between the cable ends and handbrake levers. Refit wheels. Should hold at 5 clicks and come up a maximum of 7 clicks 2
