hey guys I got a BA 2003 xr6 turbo and was wondering what size speakers are at the front? I want to upgrade premium sound to type r speakers. is this possible? and will they fit

You need 5x7s for direct replacement

They will fit with mdf spacers. Heaps better to go with 6.5" splits then 5x7's.
