Hi guys got my strengthened tailshaft fitted today but under wot I feel a huge vibration through the car. I took the tailshaft builder in the car after the test drive and he says its perfect and that its not a vibration. He said its just harsh because the rear dosent use a CV anymore as its now a full uni to the diff. When you cruise at any speed its fine. Is this normal?

Was built by melbourne driveshafts, same people who done karmens purple BA

Not sure where you are located there Tony but Essendon Ford do tailshaft balancing on the car. That would be my first port of call :)

I too have had my tailshaft done in the last week but thankfully don't have any problems with vibration.

That's right, proper support for the diff and cradle is required. That means the rear bush but also the ones on either side too.
