Yeah I found this for sale ad in the UK for an EL XR6:

This part got me:

That I didn't know. But no real surprise when you look at the original Tickford logo I guess.

Dont think for a minute that Ford would pay to ship one over there, and organise for journalists to drive it if they didnt hope that there would be enough interest to ship them over there and start selling them.

What I find interesting is the sports exhuast he mentions. I wonder if the one they shipped over there had a different exhaust system and note than our standard ones?

based totally on appearance, I would say the exhaust is standard...take a squiz at the rear shot, looks standard, however, looks can be deceiving...

Oh no, I wouldnt dare recommend anyone unleash a Phase III over there.

They are, afterall, just poms!

I think the poms are not scared of the xr6 even if it is a APS III, they have been known to produce 600hp fords with 4 cyl.
