Leather Seats Falling Apart

Featured Replies

After one month my diver seat is falling apart “sides cracking and pealing on the back supports in the seats. So I called ford to confirm what the seats are made of, and they told me middle section is leather and on sides they are vinyl. I called again and s/w another rep who told me the 1st person was wrong and the seats are a 100% leather. I then s/w the manger and told him my story of my seat problems he is getting me in writing from the supplier of the seats what they are made of as he does not know, as I told him I paid for leather not vinyl. So once I get this letter from ford Australia I can tell you all what the seats made of. Plus my seats are getting replace after a 1 month.

they are part vinyl. I think you should complain to ford about how unfair it is. See if they will give you full leather! :D

I'm not sure about the BA, but I know previous model Falcon leather seats have had leather facings with vinyl sides and backs.
