Will the vcm suite be locked to an individual tuner? What shops in Perth deal with vcm?

I asked them to ring the previous owner and ask where the car was worked on and if there is a flash tuner. also ranf xft and they are going to look to see if its on there books 1

What shops in Perth deal with vcm?no vcm is not locked. you can even pull an sct tune off a car with vcm. my guess is the dealer had no idea what the flash box was or knew but they didnt sell it with the car. now they are going to play dumb about the mods.
