What kind of money are the tuners listed *roughly* charging for vcm tune.

Everyone says Monzas are sh*t... I'm happy with 300rwk would I be better investing the money somewhere else or leaving a stock cooler? I don't want to spend 5-600 on a cooler !

With SCT the flash box covers the licence fees, when using HP tuners/VCM, the tuner has to purchase licence credits, when you own a flash box, you can take it to any tuner you like to tune your car, if you use HP/VCM and change tuners, the licence fees have to be paid again and the original licence credits are only for the tuner that paid for them. Works out cheaper if you stick to 1 tuner

A BF may not always make 300 with out upgrading the actuator, some just don't make enough boost to do it.

Sweet mate I forgot its a public holiday.

Could you or anyone else advise the best way to get the most power.

I have

Growler air intake kit

42lb injectors (need to install$$)

Monza cooler

Ontop of that I have between 1500-1800 max to spend on mods

I was thinking

Vcm tune I've heard around 800

Fuel pump 250

Injectors installed 50

High flow cat 300 installed at local exhaust place

Actuator 200

Wastegate flapper?

What am I missing?

Forget the monza cooler, it will be a problem, you may get 1 or 2 good runs out of it before it starts to get too warm, fine for bragging rights, but it means the car will not perform as per your dyno sheets.

Not sure where you got your prices from, but they seem light on
