I put an extra bung in to keep it separate from the stock 02 sensor although you can use the 2nd output which by default is the non-linear 0-1v simulated narrowband. Edited 08/08/11 10:51 AM by JC807

And to be sure the end of my yellow wire depicted above, where does that go to hook this up to my gauge.Cheers

Those two cables you see with the 3,5mm ends are used to connect to your laptop or other innovate devices. I have mine connected to an ot2 obd2 scanner

The multicore will easily reach the traction control switch and from there you can fish across to above the icc without having to remove the icc

Posted 18/08/11 04:54 AM Author Posted 18/08/11 04:54 AM Got the LC1 all hooked up and everything works, just need some further advice on the bung and the exhaust. The factory dump is a cast unit and the local exhaust place said they cant weld the bung in. Can the bung be located down further towards the cat or is the guy I spoke to just being lazy?Cheers

Posted 18/08/11 10:21 AM Author Posted 18/08/11 10:21 AM I read the online bung installation guide and it appears as long as its before the cat and in a position that wont be effected by condensation then it would be OK. Would be better next to the stock sensor but this is just becoming a big pain in the arse. The exhaust shop were trying to off load me an Xforce dump. I was under the impression that that would require a tune, but they were saying it would not with the stock cat still in place. So options are get the bung welded further down stream before the cat, get a new dump, or get the bung done properly at an expensive shop which will be pointless as I will probably be going down the mods route in the next 6 months anyway.

This would be fine for at least 6 months until you buy a dump & cat.

There bulk room further down stream before the cat. As long as its @ least 12deg past horizontal you'll be fine. You just need to bang a hole through the heat shield with a holesaw and then remove the shield drill the hole and weld the bung.make sure they use a magnet to catch the swarf so it doesn't wind up in your cat
