Stuff me that's dear... what coilovers ?

Polly bushes give more feel. There's good and bad in that.

They will make sharp bumps more pronounced. So will coilovers.

Have a tyre even slightly out of balance and you will notice it. Once again that's a good and a bad thing.

Some mornings on the what to work at 5am, when I am still tired and want to sleep. I wish I still had std suspension. Every other time I am glad I don't.

Mine are adjustable. To a point. Spring weight is still spring weight and they are only dampening adjustable and not pre-load.

I would ring around on that price though if they are Teins or less.

the quote was replacing all the bushes front to back, ball joints (front) gearbox mount, tailshaft, front/ rear rotors (apparently glazed disks are no good but good for shaving your face), shocks and 4 bearings according to pedders.

my brother inlaws work just quoted me for the same thing for $3000

that's why you never ever just go with the first place or first quote.

it doesnt hurt to get 3 quotes or so just to make sure no one is trying their luck by ripping you off.

Wasn't there a mention of coil overs in that first quote and not the pedders quote? I think it could be a bit steep. But it depends on the coil over. The TIEN stuff that I sell rides better than standard by far with adjustable shocks, I've not had any customers with it fitted not be happy. Same goes for bushes, I use factory rubber for stock cars or Superpro for modified cars as they are softer and transmit less road noise, they are more compliant than other Nolothane products so they don't break the car or your back either.

Both quotes were identical but the second one is basically mates rates.

By doing this will it create more wear on the tires or basically the same.

So I need to do the three diff bushes and was gonna do the blades while I was there! Was thinkin of just using all superpro bushes,

But

I got a friend of a friend etc that can get the standard ford bushes very cheap? My question is it worth it???

Already had the centre bush replaced once?

Should I just get the superpro ones?
