I started to do it not sure if I will finish or just wack the leaf springs back in, depends up long I can put up with driving around a 2ltr vitara, just hate tramping last time was at the track felt like the back end was about to fall off

heres my pics so far

I made up the rod ends saved myself $55 each(need 10) and made up the brackets for the diff and front mount to the chassis. I bolted it upto the stock holes that the front hanger brack bolts to. should be mostly bolt on with a bit of welding to the diff and bit for the shock mounts and panard rod. have to cut the old spring mount off the diff also

pics are a bit average

yeah there $52.5 each so that's $500+ just for rod ends, I just made them myself on the cnc lathe and mill cost me $50 for the bushes, I cut out the brackets myself on the cnc mill also. I copied them from the pics off there site and asked a few questions about the sizes and went from there. they also charge $30per m for the tubing but I can get it for $60 for 6m which will do the 4 bars(500mm each) and panard rod(1200mm) and then some for whateva other projects I have on the go;)

I pulled the fuel tank out tonight so I can measure the width of the brackets on the chassis so can cut the spring hangers off now and weld the brackets to the diff. oh need to get the axles out though dont want to get heat into them when welding on the brackets
