07/11/03 02:49 AM07/11/03 02:49 AM #1 On a US car, I gas with my right foot, shift with my right hand, and clutch with my left foot. My question is, are the pedals on your cars the same? Or do you gas with the left and clutch with the right foot?

07/11/03 02:54 AM07/11/03 02:54 AM #3 Not such as dumb question. We accelerate with our right foot, brake with right foot (or left foot if in an auto and are confortable in doing it) or in a manual we use the clutch with our left foot, brake and accelerate with right foot (or brake with the left foot if some of us desire)The shifter is to the left so we shift with the left hand. On Australian/ Japanese cars the indicators are on the right of the steering column, but are on the left for Euro and American cars. The water flushes down the toilet in an anti clockwise direction whereas in the Northern Hemishpere the water flushes clockwise. We walk upside down as well

07/11/03 04:26 AM07/11/03 04:26 AM #9 The water flushes down the toilet in an anti clockwise direction whereas in the Northern Hemishpere the water flushes clockwise.Nope not true The direction that water spins in a flushing toilet is determined by the way the water comes into the toilet; it has nothing to do with where on the planet the toilet is.
