Fixed itself. Weird. Good, Same thing happened to me. Peaved me awf for about 4 days driving it but then the 'NOISE' went away. Something about the fluid needing to work it's way through the new steering rack. BBF Service said not to worry about it. If it didn't go away after a week, bring it back.
