My one has about 115000 km on it. No issues with trans but thought to ask the question as I do not get consistent answers from Ford service centers. I was thinking of doing pan/gasket and filter as you suggested. Any place you recommend in Sydney apart from Ford Service Center....

But you need 9 Litres of Transmax if u're taking off the pan/gasket/filter, 4 litres if its just interval service.

I use Penrite SIN ATF, exactly the same one used in Bimmers, I think it works what does everybody here think?

I was reading about the ZF compatible oils, Nulon "were" compatible with their full synthetic ATF but later on changed their minds and pulled the ZF specs from the label.

Heard mixed results from the Penrite SIN, Nothing but good remarks from the Castrol transmax Z, And after the difference the castrol made to my old t56 in my last car, ill gladly use it again! its miracle liquid that stuff.
