Just out of interest has anyone worked out the amount of kilometres you'd need to travel to save the cost of the system?

If it's $3k out of pocket... You'll save $50 a week on average... So probably 30,000kms... Or about a year and a half depending on how many kms you do...

But then your car will be worth more as it has a $4500 gas system on it :spoton:

42lbs are better... But you'll need a bigger fuel pump in tank...

I'm thinking of running mine on steam - should be cheaper. That's why I bought a turbo falc, for economy :roflmbo: . Must say though, 98 is bullsh*t at moment so I guess more will look at this. I hate LPG so never for me. Good results I get all that, but still hate the sh*t. Mine is a weekend toy however. I just don't get people buying a high performance car that they need to do high mileage in, so need to put gas on it. It's just dumb IMO. Anyway, clearly there's a market for it.

Is gas better to use in boosted cars?

Doesn't gas have a higher octain level than pulp so more boost without detonation, and can't you run more aggressive timing?

3k seems pretty good.

What makes you hate LPG? Did someone blow up from it that you know? Or is it just ignorance? :dontknow:

How many times have you heard of issues with a gas tank?

Petrol will also light up and explode quickly...

LPG is completely sustainable by our own country... Diesel and petrol are not... Yet many people sh*tcan LPG... It produces more power on a standard setup with injection...

I just don't get it :dontknow:
