I can guarantee after a while I will want to do the conversion to zf + diff ratio etc.

but im sure I'll enjoy the manual for a while.

Fair play.. probably would of saved me a bit of coin in my build if I went Auto

so what your saying is,

the manual conversion is more expensive to purchase than a auto conversion?

does any1 know what a t56 + 3.73 diff + pedals etc conversion with mal 6 and rip shift would be worth to sell?

and what a zf + 2.73 ratio + pedals would be worth to buy?

I dont think that's what he was meaning...

I think he was getting at that he would not have had to spend any money on the driveline side of things if his F6 were an Auto - 360rwkw would have been fine to an untouched ZF6, where he had to upgrade to a Xtreme Triple Plate clutch (pretty big $$) as he has a manual.

that's how I read it anyway.

Awaiting arrival... should be here next week. a lot better looking than my last f6 tornado!, charlie has good taste in cars, before I committed to buying it I went over previous posts and spoke to him many times, and saw pics of his last cars, seems im getting the car from a very meticulous owner which I couldn't be happier with. from going through his posts I also found he was a very sensible and modest bloke also. I stressed to him it must not leak oil if I purchased it as my last f6 did and it drove me banana's and he gave it the all good. couldn't be happier.

however. I will want to change from manual to auto at some point in the future. I really like the zf and have had many manual cars in the past.

so at some point the conversion will be up for sale. perhaps in a couple of months time?...

as far as coin goes it may be a better question directed at charlie in pm, dont wanna rustle any feathers sorry. cheers.

No probs, that's cool!

What you mean by awaiting arrival? Have you not picked it up yet??

Id be champing at the bit to collect it!

I agree though - Iv never seen the ute in person, but as mentioned earlier in this thread, he has not cut any corners by the looks. Certainly modded the ute right, and it looks mint. His previous car was also a looker too!

Looks like a good buy that's for sure!

the ute previously had a zf box, then it was changed to a manual, that means its a basic re install and reflash? or im mistaken?
