I have nothing externally just the seams under bonnet area. Sounds like someone may have been grinding or cutting metal near your car if the bonnet is covered in tiny spots??

Yup that's what the dealership said. This is just not possible unless someone grinds in the street. :|

Hey Guys,

Ford got back to me today and are going to fix it, so it's all good. Not sure exactly what will be done at this stage but they want me to come in and have it looked again, in further detail and the dealer verbally commited that they will fix it under warranty. Once I know exactly what will be done I will post a follow up.

Has anything been done ? Did they check the under body panels for (surface) rust too?
