Lowering And Wheels Recommendations

Thanks for the replies guys.

I'm looking to level it out as I rarely have big loads in the car. Most would be once a week music equipment (amps guitars, drums, etc) for an hour or so, or a mountain bike in the back.

So coils in the front are the recommendation? How much does it affect the ride?

In the rear I guess I don't have much choice? Who would be the best mob to go to for the rear?

Wenier I like the ride height of your ute, I'm after something along those lines.

Cheers again!

Mine ended up being 35-40mm drop up front and about 45-50mm in the back, handling is definitely a bit better and it hooks up a little better under power too. Id just get springs up front, the guy going on about coilovers cant have read that it is a ute and you cant put those in the back since it has leaves.

If you are after the best handling you can get lower it down with the springs and reset or replacement leafs and change the std shocks for better ones like konis or bilsteins, all depends how much you want to spend. Talk to Senna_T cause he knows his stuff.

All good.

Just for the record, I spoke to my dealer and he said lowering will not affect the warranty. He even encouraged lowering it. Might be different for each dealer but. Mine is Domenelli Ford at Kirawee.
