Preferred seems to be take the turbo and manifold off and just be done with it. Posted 28/05/10 09:21 AM Share Posted 28/05/10 09:21 AM I have done heaps and never pulled the turbo off. Take the heat shield of the mount which is held in by a round clip which goes over the centre bolt of the mount.Undo the the nut and than the bolt at the lower section of the mount jack the motor up and out comes the mount.Ian Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68438-driver-side-engine-mount/#findComment-1011427 Share on other sites

Posted 30/05/10 06:28 AM Share Posted 30/05/10 06:28 AM it does sometimes you may need to use a screw drive to dislodge it but yes.jack the motor up under the right hand side of the bell housing.Ian Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68438-driver-side-engine-mount/#findComment-1011846 Share on other sites
