If your building your own pc to use there are some video cards Arcade VGA I think that will allow you to apply the correct settings to display directly onto the ICC screen. I find a laptop is a lot easier as they are already small and easy to remove if you need to.

Hi Guys.

Just a bit confused.

I see Dash command reads the output from the ODB11 source (or whatever its called)

The Pro adapter that's prefeerred has software you can get for it and also Centrafuse 3 has the ability to read ODB11 data and display it as well.

Just wondering which was to go? I guess the best option at first is to go with the Centrafuse and if that doesnt do the job get another. I just don't wanna fork coin out for stuff I don't need (Hey, when has THAT stopped me?)

Project is coming together. Got the touch screen Monday and it works a treat although with the protective cover and difference in screen size between laptop and touchscreen, it is awkward. But only testing.

Ok I will try to clarify it.

Centrafuse has its own ODB interface built in, you will find you wont be able to read the figures on the poor ICC screen resolution. DashCommand is a seperate piece of software that is only for reading ODB data nothing else. Its not a replacement for centrafuse, you have centrafuse running and you can configure centrafuse to open Dashcommand within centrafuse so you can have sexy gauges displayed instead of the crappy standard ODB interface centrafuse has.

If your happy with the standard centrafuse ODB interface then you wont need dashcommand, Dashcommand is just a application that has more features and more customisable that's all.

Yep. Clears it up. I'm yet to finalise anything yet. Still playing. Gotta get the plug adapter for the ECU yet.

Just got my ODBII tool and Dash command. Bugger it in imperial although they say an update will allow you to change to metric.

Installed the skin update off here and its converted to Metric and looks awsome. Well done.

Is there support for boost to be displayed in Dashcommand via ODB-II? The dyno sheet I have says its MAP 2.
