Pbr Calipers

Do BA Premo/FPV PBR C6 style front calipers require some sort of mounting bracket to bolt onto a BA with 325mm rotor or do they bolt straight up using same mounting points as the standard caliper?

Im looking at these calipers KORE3 Industries LLC: On and Off-Road Performance Automotive Components which I saw in an old thread on these forums, does anyone know if these calipers are identical to the BA premo/FPV calipers?

Also, is the standard brake line compatible with the C6 caliper?

That would have been me discussing previously.....I never really got to the bottom of it unfortunately. I ended up fitting an adaptor bracket for the standard BA calipers and AU T series rotors (330mm x 28mm) to my XR6T which seems to work well enough (combined with vented territory rear rotors and single piston calipers). The calipers themselves look identicle but I'm guessing it's whether the holes are in the same spot. Maybe gets someone to measure the FPV version and get Kore to measure theirs and compare.

The BA premo/FPV calipers dont have a seperate bracket for the caliper to be mounted to use the 325mm rotors. Also the brake lines are different between the standard caliper and premo. So would need new lines. I got braided PBR lines from racebrakes for a very good price.

They will not fit, Corvette abutment brakets have different mounting hole spacings.

So you havent had any dramas using a 330mm x 28mm rotor with the standard caliper + adaptor bracket?

Does anyone know if the 330mm rotor with fit under factory 17" rims?

No problems with mine so far. I got mine off eBay for $300 with braided lines....cheap cheap. ADR...yeah well, the 480rwhp isn't compliant either

$600 is a bit rich for this mod IMO. You're better off with the $1100 complete PBR front package I think.

Sorry mate, I just checked and don't have any records. It was quite a while ago. The caliper mounts are billet steel and I'm sure someone could make them up IF you had the dimensions. I should really measure them shouldn't I lol.
