Please Help My Weird Problems :(

Hey all,

Once again my car was in the shop last week for 4 days with stalling issues on the auto.

Mind you I bought it only 3 weeks ago, and only had it in my possession for 1.5weeks due to repairs.

Now here is the story, there could be 2 reasons.

I went in the shop last week due to stalling issues in the auto.

Today I spray painted the front mount silver, didn't take it off, just masked everything up through the bumper.

Now it only goes to 10psi instead of 12, and when it changes gears it goes to 15psi quickly then back down to 10.

What in the world is going on with my car?

Did the spray paint on the fins block anything? It was already painted black so I didn't think it would matter :(

Please help me as I'm worried it will do damage to it.

A couple of questions

Is the stalling fixed ? if so what was the problem ?

What mods have you got ?

Is you cat OK ?

Hey mate :)

Stalling has been fixed a bit, they cleaned the throttle body and modified it someway as it kept closing and keeping shut, therefore starving the engine of oxygen. has stalled twice in 600kms, so ford is sending it to cnj motorsports to get it fixed.

From what I know it has a piggy back computer, full aps exhaust, injectors.

From my knowledge it only lost 2psi when I painted the front mount.

That wouldn't make that happen would it?

Could the really hot weather make it run 2 psi lower?

Also, whats it mean when it goes to 15psi when it changes gears?

Im new to all this stuff so bare with me please guys :P

where abouts are you ?

How old is the APS exhaust as the cats have a habit of collapsing ( I know this first hand)

I live in Carina Brisbane.

I dont know how old the exhaust is as I bought the car 3 weeks ago.

I think it would be around 2-3 years old from what cnj have said.

Would it damage my car doing what its doing?

:S

If anyone else has any input, I would greatly appreciate it.

I will book it in for a tune and dyno this week sometime.
