Hey guys,

Installed the boost full sweep electric today but have come accross a complication. The guage needs a switched power source which must stay on during engine start. I have tested all the internal accessories and they all drop voltage. What have you guys used to power the guage?

I think mine are on a switched power source which drops to 0v during engine start too. Not a big deal really, you just can't see what the gauges are doing during cranking.

Would be handy to have though

The normal mechanic cobalt boost guage is very responsive compared to others as well. You can always tell when you have a boost leak with one of them.
