hi all, has anyone had trouble with broken intake manifold bolts close to the thermostat housing, just bought my first xr6 turbo, and have found this, Q2, while the manifold is off can anyone tell me if replacing the top section of the manifold on a stock motor, I.e something from nizpro, etc, etc, makes a "noticeable" increase in power when doing nothing but a flash/dyno tune for a work car that the missus drives. many thanks

plenum with a tune will make a difference 4 sure, but get some more fuel into it aswell. manifold bolts, have not heard of it.

There's no point doing that.

You can't change the plenum without changing the cooler or at the very least filter setup and cooler pipework.
