Can anyone tell me how tight to tighten up the upper manifold to the lower manifold bolts and the lower manifold to the block bolts help appreciated

Upper to lower manifold bolts are 16NM.

Lower manifold to the head are 20NM.

Use Loctite 243 or something similar on both.
