By the look of that pic you broke 2 rods which I think is rare? Did you have a net out the back of the car ready to catch all those bits as you new it was going to happen lol. Not a good sight. Mine has 306rwkw has been modded for almost 3 yrs and is holding together well but I dont thrash the ringer out of it. Once you start running them at their peak all it takes is a bit of dud fuel and its bye bye. Also listen out for detonation as it is your worst enemy so when flogging the crap out of it turn your music down lol.

Yeah that's insane power for a ba engine. No wonder it popped the way it did lol. Every engine has their limits and that was pushed way beyond its. They can still handle reasonable power thou,just not much more than 350rwkw reliably if tuned by someone who knows what they are doing. f*ck I hope mine doesnt pop after exhaust.
