toxik Member 72 Member For: 17y 4m 29d Gender: Male Location: land of palms (west lake macq) Posted 07/07/09 03:37 AM Author Posted 07/07/09 03:37 AM I was with nrma for 13 years starting from 1 policy to 9 policys and well over 6k peryear I forked out that's with houses contents landlords and cars 65%no claim for life and just 1 claim where my uterus was broken into and trashed every policy nearly dbld now they only have 1 policy from me and when it expires it goes to aami I have a hyphenated last name and ther e pc program couldnt adapt to it so my profile page for them never updated ie I should be silver w/ road side but no still blue and my renewals still go out to 3 addresses ago...2ndly they dont have a complaints department...
