DK777 Member 44 Member For: 17y 5m 15d Gender: Male Location: Northside Brisbane Posted 22/06/09 04:19 AM Posted 22/06/09 04:19 AM hey guys, new to the forum..ive got a 2005 bf xr6t uteperformance modifications so far are-v1.0 rapid systems intercooler kitplazmaman underbattery air induction with podcustom tune from RDP on 9 psi making 349rwhp/260rwkw*have recently removed centre muffler, purchased bosch 044*very soon have 60lb injectors, high flow cat, hotside piping*possibly a 4inch dump later down the track thoughWhat power figure should I be expecting with this setup?300rwkw-350rwkw????Do I need a bigger actuator/flapper etc to retain boost pressure?

Also, your stock exhaust will become a restriction over 300Good luck and keep us posted on the results, don't chase a figure, just get the car tuned so it performs how you want it.

I'm running a peak of 19psi at the moment, pretty nuts!The flapper and actuator should be around say $450, but that wouldn't include pulling the turbo off and re-fitting, your best bet would be to have a chat to your preffered tuner (hopefully a site sponsor) and they should beable to work out a full package.Try and do as much as possible in one hit, otherwise you may be paying more in the long run. Don't worry about the final figure either, if it drives the way you want, be happy!
