After I sold my ED been looking for a few months looking for a XR6T, finally picked one up yesterday morning.

A 2005 MkII XR6T - Auto, Shockwave Blue, Premium Sound, Sports Leather Trim, FPV Steering Wheel.

Looks the goods mate, what made you choose the 4sp auto though? Have you got any plans for it as of yet?

Cash wise I was limited to the BA's and I knew the 5 speeds were crap so I opted for the 4 spd

In the next few weeks looking at Ford amplified Ipod/MP3 adapter, XR6 lower grill, Typhoon airbox

Longer term just the usual upgrades, gauges, edit, injectors, exhaust

Just really enjoying the car atm

nothing wrong with the 4 speed auto but didn't the MK II have a 6 speed manual.

Looks like it was well looked after, the FPV Steering Wheel is a nice touch.

The car is great fun to drive, the traction control light is seldom on with some new tyres on the rear.

I am trying to hold off doing mods for as long as I can, because I know once I start I will be chasing for more power all the time.

Looks almost identical to mine when I got it mate. Only difference is your Premo sound and my 18's.

Looks immaculately looked after, nice one.

Have installed a lower grille and complete F6 airbox, a heap more induction noise and slight pickup on power.

The boosted AUX (Ipod) adapter is saving alot of CDs! but for $95 its a tad pricey IMO

Next is the removal of the center muffler

I got my car dyno'd on the weekend, it figure was around what I thought, here is the printout.

At least I know where I started, and what mods have what gain.
