It won't play and worse yet it won't eject. How do I get it out? It's a brand new cd which I haven't even listened to once :(Sorry if this has been covered already I'm on my phone with no pc net access so can't really search.

They build them tougher AFAIK the 'correct procedue' was to remove the ICC and exchange/send it away. Not sure if that's changed though.
