Looking at ba xr6t (mk1) and I noticed it had 2 feeds to the air box one at the front at the top and one going under and down to the front bumper it also has what I think is a k@n air filter (dark red zig zag style) is this a f6 air box or just std xr6t box???

Also was looking under the glove (I cleaned that filter there) there were some wires there were a plug and 2 like plug in wires they looked like head phone jacks ie off a earphones to go into a walkman anyone any ideas to what these are??

that sounds like a f6 box mate as it has the 2nd air intake

I havent seen a stock xr6t box with the lower intake only on the f6's post up a pic, considering it has a kandn filter id say 99.9% you have a f6 box

Just going dominos will post one in about an hr but it deffo goes down to front bumper coz I was gonna buy a f6 at some point as well!!

with the wires drop ya back seat down and see if you can find the other ends there some where , the last owner may have had a sub and amp in the boot and left the rca leads in the car because they couldn't be bothered to pull them out

them wires are deffo not rca's though they are way too thing they are just behind the glove box its the really tiny headphone jack style you plug into a walkman/cd-man with a square plug too???

It could be the ipod kit which you can fit to these cars? try plug in something and change the radio to AUX and see if it plays any sound?

Otherwise it could be the loom and plug for a wedge light globe if its near the glove box?
