Hi all,

Just want to hear peoples opinions on the best flash device for my '07 BFII 'T. I would like to have a custom tune done by a workshop, but I would also like to make minor tweaks at home with my laptop. I have experience with an eliminator chip/programmer and TunerPro RT on my brother's extensively modified EL 6 cylinder and would like to have the same level of control with my turbs.

Chris

Sounds like you need to go the whole hog with tuning software as I doubt a custom tuner will give you access to their files.

If you are getting a custom tune anyway just get a sct/herrod X3. You can data log to a laptop and make minor adjustments (no boost adjustment though).

good piont. will a tuner give you a base to work off knowing you are going to sniper read the computer, and play with it possibly causing damage.

strange you say that h8toads my xcal2 has a turbo wastegate percentage function. depends on what your tuner trusts you with.
